We bought this unit for our family to sue about 18 months ago and it has been fantastic! It has a really wide running belt which our family loves so it's really comfortable to run on. there are lots of programs that really stretch you. I use it most mornings and plug in my iPOD so I can run to my favourite running music list. We make sure we have it on the recommended equipment mat and all we do to look after it is wipe down after use and make sure we lubricate the running belt after about 20 hours - as recommended. This has been a really powerful machine and it's suited my husband, teenage kids and myself. I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for a powerful treadmill for the whole family. It's been great value - worth every cent - and it's not ugly and chunky like many of the others we looked at. It's very heavy and solid - just a great all round unit.
